Increased Vitality Exercise

  1. Take a deep breath and relase it slowly while relaxing your body and closing your eyes.
  2. Bring your attention to your heart space and visualize your heart chakra opening like a lotus flower.
  3. Feel the increased vitality in your body as your energy beings to flow.
  4. Send this new energy to every part of your body and visualize a golden light surrounding your auric field.
  5. Take this golden light with you wherever you go and connect with it often, especially when you feel drained.
