Minding your energetic store

Here we are in the throes of more energy shake ups. This time, the entrance of the geo-magnetic field changes are turning things upside down and all around.

Now more than ever we need to be aware of OUR energy as we are in a time when lots of others are not aware that they are looking to another to balance out their energy field. No one is doing anything on purpose, it is simply that when the field that surrounds us gets wonky, we automatically sense for someone or something that feels more solid, more certain than we do ourselves. This is essentially why we go to nature to ground ourselves. Basically the same concept. We need help feeling balances and “normal” our field naturally senses for something that helps us.

This is also why so many people are affected by other people. There are those who lift you up and those who bring you down, and a full spectrum in between. It is the constant energetic exchange that happens the entire time we are here on the planet.

The more aware we are of how we feel when we are in balance, the more we can notice when something throws us off.

When there are times of cosmic/Universal shifts many people are reaching out for support. Think of having a child in the seat next to you and putting your hand out to prevent them from falling. Grab on, I’ll help you.

Right now, we are in one of those times that there is so much energy bouncing around that it’s like the USS Minnow out for a three hour tour (for those of you who are old enough, that is a Gilligan’s Island reference… the rest of you will have to Google it). We are being tossed around… A LOT!

Nothing to fear, we are all fine, but it is a time to make sure you are minding your own energetic store. The proverbial “put your oxygen mask on before assisting others” kind of thing.

When we are not in tune with our own body it is easy for something else to come in and hijack our energy. We are not paying attention to it. We walk through life perhaps wondering why we don’t feel well, think well, etc. when we were fine when we got up that morning. You wouldn’t open up a convenience store and then walk out and hope for the best… pay attention.

Each day, make time for one or more of these: meditate, prayer time, walk in a park or nature space, sit and breathe deep for 5 minutes, yoga, put your phone away, be in silence for 10 minutes.

We need to make time to recharge and to realign our vibrational field so that WE can continue to hum along at our perfect pitch, the vibration that our Spirit is designed for.

There are lots of symptoms; fatigue, being more hungry, mind fog, having a hard time finding words, unusually grumpy/sad/anxious/short tempered, super happy one minute- super sad/mad the next. No need to run to the Psychiatrist for a diagnosis, you’re fine, just give it some time (probably just a few weeks).

Pay attention to yourself and how you are thinking/feeling and give your body what it is asking for. My body today spent 5 hours in the garden pulling weeds… it was HEAVEN!

Whatever helps you find your true inner self, now is a time to be more attentive to that, and focus on taking care of your energy more than ever.

To quote Red Green – “We are all in this together. Keep your stick on the ice”
(again, Google it).

Forever the journey, Anne
