Gratitude
Gratitude is the single most effective tool in helping me raise my vibration, shift a bad mood and step back on top of my world.  It keeps me from hating people on the knuckle dragging days that I just plain do hate people, it keeps me from totally succumbing to my occasional “my life sucks” kind of attitude where all I want to do is crawl back in bed and flip my middle finger at the world.  In the midst of my crankiness, I stop and think about all the things I am thankful for: my people, my clients, my home, a business that allows me to do what I love AND make the mortgage payment, a sunny day in a Minnesota winter (it only has to LOOK nice outside, from inside I can make myself believe it’s 75 degrees out there). Gratitude has the ability to keep us from taking ourselves too seriously and ruining what is really, a perfectly lovely day.
I suggest we begin each day, or stop at some point during it, and write down at least 5 things we are grateful for….every single day.  It’s a great practice and you’ll be amazed at the power it has to change your attitude, which is the first step in changing your mind, and your life.  Want to create a life you love, be grateful for the one you’ve got!
